Carlos Coffman, author of Jumping Rope the Second Time Around and internationally known long distance jump roper developed the IROPE Fitness Program specifically for a time and health conscience adult audience looking for a safer alternative to traditional jump roping, jogging and other high impact activities and sports.  He has completed of over 300 foot races (60+ 26.2 mile marathons) while "iroping". Carlos Coffman's accomplishments are a testament to the low impact total body conditioning benefits of the IROPE program. Carlos has taught this unique program to individuals and groups throughout the US and in some parts of West Africa. The IROPE Fitness Program is also available for middle and high school athletic and physical education programs.
